Martin is founder and managing partner at Venture Stars. Before entering the VC world, Martin co-founded several start-ups as a serial entrepreneur - including Netzathleten media (acquired by media group RTL). Martin studied business administration at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, in the USA and in Spain. He is a board member and advisor to several Venture Stars portfolio companies.

Moritz Borgmann has many years of management experience in the areas of research and development, management and transaction consulting and management. After co-founding a factory-less semiconductor company, he was a partner at the cleantech consulting firm Apricum and led numerous strategy consulting and transaction projects in the renewable energy sector for customers all over the world. Moritz most recently worked as Chief Commercial Officer of Swiss-German solar cell and module manufacturer Meyer Burger. He was part of the core team that orchestrated the strategic turnaround in 2020 and made the company the largest non-Asian manufacturer of silicon photovoltaic cells and modules. He has a doctorate from ETH Zurich and a master's degree from Stanford University, both in electrical engineering.

Kim Alexandra Dickel began her professional career in Investor Relations before moving into the Mergers & Acquisitions sector. There, she was involved in forty successful transactions before concluding investments in China and Europe as a partner for strategic contract negotiations. In 2019, she took over the global commercial management of QIAGEN's Molecular Diagnostics division with a turnover of 1.2 billion USD. In the course of this, she gained experience on the supervisory board of APIS Assay Technologies in Manchester. Kim Alexandra Dickel earned her degree in business administration with international qualifications from the University of Mannheim and the Ecole Supériore des Commerce in Montpellier, France. She is also undergoing further training as a psychologist with a focus on work, organizational and leadership psychology.

Stefan Judisch began his career in 1984 at Frankfurter Metallgesellschaft and quickly earned a reputation as an expert in commodity trading. At UBS, he set up trading in commodity derivatives, including the first electricity derivatives. In 1999, he moved to RWE, where, as founding managing director of RWE Energy Trading, he decisively shaped the development of the company and later took over the CEO position of RWE Supply & Trading. Under his leadership, the company became one of the leading energy traders in Europe. After retiring from full-time employment in 2015, Judisch served on several supervisory boards in the aluminum, energy and fertilizer industries as well as in the green hydrogen sector. As an investor in sustainable start-ups, he brings extensive expertise in energy trading, gas midstream business and strategic business development.

CEO of Dealfront, a leading B2B platform, in its current form emerged from the merger of Echobot and Leadfeeder. With his extensive experience in sales intelligence and data analysis, he founded Echobot in 2011 and led it to an outstanding digital platform. In 2022, he succeeded in an excellent merger with Leadfeeder. Under his leadership, Dealfront provides data-driven solutions for European companies to optimize their sales processes through AI and machine learning and promote growth. He is also an investor and advises startups with his extensive range of experience.

Alexander is an experienced investor and entrepreneur with a strong focus on early-stage startups and real estate investments. He started his career in the financial sector and has been one of the most active business angels in Germany since 2016, now with a portfolio of over 70 companies. In the past, he has helped drive various entrepreneurial ideas and has a very broad network. Among other things, he holds an MBA from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.

Markus Voigt is a leading financial and investment expert with extensive experience in sustainable energy projects. As founder and CEO of Aream SE, a major European asset manager for renewable energy, he has developed the company into a key player in the market. Under his leadership, Aream SE has successfully invested in and managed large-scale solar and wind projects, establishing itself as a leading provider of sustainable investments in Europe. Markus Voigt studied business administration at the University of Cologne and earned his degree there. He combines financial and energy expertise with a clear focus on sustainability and thus drives forward innovative projects that combine ecological and economic goals.
